I’m a SaaS implementation consultant and technical project manager with 10+ years of experience across vendor and client sides, spanning South Africa, China, Japan, and the UK. I hold an MBA and a background in occupational therapy, which means I design solutions around how people actually work, not how we wish they would.
I wear a lot of hats (some of them literal—neurodivergent flair and all), but everything I do is about helping people thrive, supported by the right tools and systems.
Here for different reasons? Pick your path:
Need someone who can actually make your tech work?
I help organisations implement, integrate, and optimise SaaS platforms—guiding projects from contract signing through successful launch and beyond. Whether you need ecosystem design, technical configuration, structured project management, or support embedding new tools into everyday use, I bring the experience and energy to get it done right.
Want to know who I am beyond the CV?
I’ve lived and worked in four countries, hold two degrees that seem unrelated until you see how I work, and have strong opinions about how technology should serve people (not the other way around). I’m a Dungeon Master, a crafter, a reader, and someone who gets genuinely excited about well-designed systems. If you want the full story—including the pets, the bookshelves, and why occupational therapy matters in tech—come this way.
Here for the ideas and rabbit holes?
I write about technology, learning, and the occasional interesting tangent when something catches my attention. The blog is a work in progress, but when I’m writing, you’ll find link drops, reflections, and whatever else I’m turning over in my mind. It’s where the curiosity lives—and if you want real-time updates, you can also find me on Bluesky.
